If the sync shows "Queued" for more than 10 minutes or "Failed", there could be an issue with syncing data from your admin system. This should be looked at by our Sync team. Please log a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: Clicking on the 'Play' button will trigger a manual sync.
When the sync shows "Running", the sync is currently running and may take up to 10 minutes to complete, any longer, please log a ticket to email@example.com for our Support team to look into this.
"Success" indicates that the sync has run successfully.
