Marks book FAQs

Why can't see students when I access the Marks book over the holidays?

When the Marks book is accessed through My classes it will open it to the current date. If there are no students enrolled on that date due to the holidays nothing will display as the class has ended and the system has no way to pull the data.

Resolution: To display the students, change the date to a point in time the students attended the class. This will be any point in semester one. Providing the class has been bridged any point in Semester two.
