When reporting issues please include details of the issue as well as any relevant information.
Some helpful information (depending on the issue) may be as follows:
- An Example: Teacher name, class code, assessment name.
- Any Error Messages (Please attach Full-Screen Screenshot).
- The URL for the Page.
- If the Integration worked previously.
- Whether it's affecting all staff or just some.
- The Browser being used (if the issue occurs only in specific browsers).
- If the integration has just been setup, screenshots of the setting in the integration setup (i.e. As we cannot access things such as the School's YouTube Admin Account or Google Drive Admin Account to check them.)
In some cases, you may be asked to provide information from the console. The steps for this process are as follows:
- Clicking the respective integration icon or item.
- Use the applicable keyboard shortcut below:
- Windows Chrome/Firefox/Edge: F12
- Safari: Option + ⌘ + C
- Chrome on MAC: <Command>+<Option>+J
- Ensure the tab 'Console' is selected.
- Screenshot any errors (these typically display in red).
