If some Guardians are not receiving SEQTA emails check to ensure the Default "from" email address is populated with a school email. SEQTA's default firstname.lastname@example.org may be rejected by some providers as spam.
- Click on the Administration Workspace icon.
- Select Application Settings.
- Select Application Settings again.
- Search for the word 'Email' in the top-left corner of the work area.
- Type an email address in the field for the setting 'Default "From" Email Address'. This may be set to an actual email address (in which case any replies will go to that email address) or an email address that doesn't receive replies (i.e. email@example.com).
- Click Save.
