Assessment Results and Graph Not Showing in SEQTA Learn

• Assessment results and graphs may appear very pale, or not at all due to the colour assigned to the course. If the colour is set as white, the graph and result will show on 'Hover-Over'. To correct this change the colour for the course in SEQTA Learn. This can be done by the student in SEQTA Learn, or by a staff member masquerading as the student.
• If the cut-offs set for the assessments go over the 8 character limit. To correct this go into the Programme 'Cover Page', select 'Marks Book Settings' and shorten the labels in the table. If the course type cut-offs are in use it may be necessary to contact the school's SEQTA Administrator or the SEQTA Service Desk for assistance. There may be another issue or it may be the labels need to be corrected in the Course type.
