SEQTA supports a large array of media file types. The most common file types are listed in the table below.
Unsupported file types
If a file type is not supported, is corrupt, or does not meet the requirements to be imported the following may occur:
- An error when uploading the file
- The does not show in SEQTA once selected
- An error when accessing a file that has been uploaded
When reporting issues with file uploads or imports please be sure to include where the file is being added (eg. an assessment resource, comment bank), details or screenshots of any errors. In some cases, it may be helpful to include the file as an attachment when reporting the issue.re
