API Login failed oauth_signature incorrect credentials and/or signature calculation
- The shared secret is wrong or has been copy/pasted incorrectly into the school's SEQTA database. If this is the case the integration will not work at all.
- There are quotes or special characters in the assessment title
- The staff member does not have an email address in their staff record in SEQTA
LTI error The field "lis_person_contact_email_primary" is not a valid email address - null
This indicates that the user does not have an email address in their SEQTA record.
Turnitin assignment could not be created. instructor - instructor does not belong to class
This happens when the staff member has not been added to the Turnitin account. In most cases, this requires Turnitin to assist by resolving this from their end.
You are not authorized to access this resource
This may occur if the staff member has not been added to the Turnitin account.
