How to I allocate a Calendar class to a different teacher?
See: Allocating a Calendar class to a different teacher
Why do I get the message 'An error has occurred Code 1102: Illegal argument'?
This error typically appears if trying to clone a class across a date-range that is outside of the timetable period.
To check the end date of a timetable period navigate to Administration workspace > Timetable management > Cycle/period setup > and select Timetable period and check the Runs from dates.
Why aren't there any students showing as enrolled in the class?
This is a result of cloning across a date outside of the timetable period. To remove unneeded classes:
- First find the first day on which the class shows with no students.
- Click on the class and select the Edit icon
Click on the Delete button - Select Delete this instance only, or Delete this and all future instances
How is the class list drop-down populated?
The system displays classes that have been created under the timetable period the class is being created under. This includes Timetabled classes, Untimetabled classes and Calendar classes.
Why are there multiple classes with the same name in the class list drop-down?
All classes in the current timetable period will display in the drop-down. If there are multiple instances in the drop-down, this indicates multiple classes have been created. These may be Calendar classes, Timetabled classes or Untimetabled classes.
How can the duplicate classes be deleted from the drop-down list?
If a class is listed more than once in the drop-down this indicates the class has been created more than once and that maybe the class creation process was not completed for one of the classes. These is no way to easily distinguish between the them.
Please report this issue to the SEQTA Service desk. Please ensure to state the class code, as this information is required for the duplicate to be removed.
