Direqt messaging allows communication to be sent through SEQTA. With the exception of staff to staff communications in SEQTA Teach Direqt messaging can be disabled.
Direqt messaging can be configured through the 'Application Settings' page. The steps for this process are as follows:
- Go to the Administration Workspace > Application Settings > Application Settings (Admin permission 'DATA: EDIT' is required to access Application Settings)
- Type 'Messages' (without the quotes) in the search box in the top-right corner
- Configure the settings as required for each category (i.e. SEQTA Learn, SEQTA Engage), see below for details of available settings.
- Click 'Save'.
Editing the Direct Message Footer
This is a site-wide (Global) Application setting called Direct Message Footer. The footer will show the same footer for all staff, they cannot have individual ones.
