The majority of reports in SEQTA Teach should complete within ten minutes. The exceptions to this are some of the larger attendance reports (e.g. Federal STATS report) and academic reports when they are run for a large group of students.
If experiencing issues with a report, please contact the SEQTA Service desk for assistance. Be sure to provide the report name and details of the filters used (eg. date range, students selected etc) to assist with the troubleshooting process.
It is best to report an issue with a report rather then attempting to print the report multiple times so as not to place undue load on the school's SEQTA Server.
How do I know if a report has failed?
When a report fails, an error may appear at the time the report is run, or at a later point by way of a Notification. In some cases, a report may fail to complete with no errors.
