Statistical information and reports can be generated through the Quantitative page. The filters at the top of the page are used to determine the grouping and statistical information to display on screen. Once the required information is displayed on screen it can then be printed as a PDF, or Excel spreadsheet.
- Go to the Pastoral Care Workspace > Student Summary > Quantitative Analysis.
- Select the applicable student from the drop-down. Alternatively, select a group of students using the ellipsis icon "..."
- Set the date range and select the application options (see table below for examples).
- Click the Play button to display the data onscreen.
- If required click Print or To Excel to generate a file.

Shows graph and count of points, including total points, for each House. |

Shows each student and the number of Uniform issues sorted in descending order enabling quick identification of students with poor uniform record. |
Analyse patterns of behaviour across Year levels. |

Displays a graph and table of the count of each pastoral care type for each Year level for the date range selected allowing easy cross referencing of the counts for each Year level. |
