Why do I get a blank page or error when I try to access Cyberhound through SEQTA?
This is nearly always a result of Cyberhound being delivered over an insecure connection. Cyberhound needs to be setup to work over a 'Secure' contection (HTTPS) to be embedded in another web application (such as SEQTA). This means the Server URL needs to start with https:// not http:// Additionally, if you are unable to access Cyberhound using the Server URL, then you will be unable to access it through SEQTA. Cyberhound support may provide some assistance with setting up Cyberhound to work over HTTPS.
Why does the message 'Account details are not available in SEQTA message' display?
This error can occur when there is no username set for students in SEQTA Teach. Without the username, the system has no way to know which user to display. Refer to the article Active Directory Sync for steps and additional information on populating the student username field.
Where can I get Cyberhound documentation and support?
The Cyberhound website has some information about SEQTA / Cyberhound integration https://cyberhound.com/?s=seqta. When contacting Cyberhound, it may be helpful to ask specific questions, such as "How do I setup Cyberhound to work over HTTPS?" or, "How can I access the Cyberhound Appliance web interface to generate a 'Pre-shared Key'?".
Where can I find further assistance with integrating Cyberhound with SEQTA?
There are several types of issues that could crop up when setting up Cyberhound. The SEQTA service desk is able to provide assistance where possible. Certificate errors, firewall and authentication issues are often external to SEQTA and assistance from the school's Network administrator or Cyberhound may be required.
Please note that assistance can only be provided with the settings available in SEQTA Teach and the configuration of the SEQTA server. Queries or issues regarding the setup and use of Cyberhound are best directed to Cyberhound Support (see: https://cyberhound.com/support-services/).
