If errors appear when the Masquerade option is selected, this typically indicates incorrect configuration on the server or blocked access due to the type of authentication set up at the school.
Some of the more common errors are as follows:
- site can't be reached messages
- no external access (ie. only works inside the school's network)
- masquerade redirects to the incorrect URL
