A cut-off period can be set in the Application settings so that any unresolved absences prior to the selected date will not flag a student with an Attendance alert.
- Go to the Administration workspace > Application settings > Application settings
- Enter the keywords 'attendance alerts' into the search box in the top-right corner
- Find the setting called 'Attendance alerts reset date' and enter the date
- Click Save
