Sync UI Overview

Sync UI is used to import data that has been exported from an external administration and timetable system. The Sync UI works independent of SEQTA Teach and is only enabled for those schools whose timetabling software cannot be directly synced with SEQTA.

During the initial setup process the school will be provided with a URL to access Sync UI. this will be the School's SEQTA Teach URL with /sync/ at the end for example: https://schools_seqta_teach_url/sync/

The username and password for the Sync UI page is unique to the Sync page and does not link to the staff login for SEQTA Teach. Usernames and passwords are managed by the SEQTA Service Desk, requests for new accounts and password resets required email authorisation from the school's delegated School Education Contact.
