The PTO report produces a spreadsheet that can be used to export enrolment data from SEQTA to upload onto the PTO website. The PTO report can be printed through the Administration Workspace > Attendance Administration > Reporting > PTO Export (CSV) Report.
Schools' with SEQTA Anaylse can create a PTO report suitable for submission to the PTO website.
The default report has the following logic:
- Include all classes the student has been enrolled in against a selected timetable period.
- Include the first two contact types, excluding contact types that contain the words 'Postal' or 'Residential'.
