It would be useful to have a link to any Attendance articles to include a link to the Attendance Icon explanation list - what the codes are etc.
I am finding it difficult to find this list anywhere in the HELP menu.

Because the attendance types are customisable by each school, we can't really list what each one does here, because they could be completely different from the standard.
You can, however, see a list of all of the active attendance types and their names at the bottom of all of the Attendance rolls. For any further detail regarding how each individual attendance type is configured, you would need to examine each one in Manage types.
Hope that helps!
Is there a way to temporarily change the settings for admin staff to go back and see further than the last three weeks or edit it directly in the timetable tab?
For example one of our teachers has marked an untimetabled class by only marking the present students and I need to go back and make all the blank students absent so ensure the correct students receive a certificate and not students that did not attend. However I cant just bring up a report showing the attendance because our settings for our evacuation means that attendance reports will not pick up classes that are before or after school.
Please help!
